I dislike it when a laptop or computer is loaded with a bunch of “junkware” that goes unused and slows down computer performance. I was able to easily remove what I didn’t need and have a nice, clean startup screen with no issues (hallelujah). I paired it with a lenovo wireless keyboard and mouse and got an adjustable desk stand, no more neck/back issues. Happy with my purchase. :) -Molly B.

The laptop works great, has a good battery life, bought it for school and it does everything I need it to. Were that all, it would be 4 stars. The 5th comes from their customer service. Like an idiot, I didn't even take all the components out of the box before reaching out to them and they got back to me within an hour or two holding my hand and guiding me to the charger in the small brown box.
