“Great hotel and nice location with easy access from airport and to restaurants and shopping. Value for money as 2 nights here equates to one night at the 5 stars but yet quality and location were not compromised. Clean rooms and prompt refills of towels, bath room amenities, water etc. Hotel staffs were very helpful and generally conversant in English. Like to highlight one staff by the name of Isaac Kim whom helped us a great dear with the check in process as we had issues with our Agoda booking and had to book an additional room.” — Ong PC

“Wonderful facility in the hotel room! We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade for our stay! There is a coin laundry facility in the hotel for around 10000KW for cleaning and drying services.
There is a Lotte department store next to the hotel which could be good for some shopping. The hotel is about 15 minutes drive away from the market and Black Pork Street.
There is also airport shuttle available from 9am. The hotel reception is located at 6th floor and there is another station at the ground floor to guide all guests. They charge extra 1000KW for organising taxi for guests.” — Jen M
