The hotel is new and modern. The customer service was excellent. We got to the hotel early in the morning after getting off the cruise ship. We knew that it was too early to check in so we just wanted to drop off our luggage. The gentlemen helped us check in gave us a room as we were with our child. He was very caring, friendly, and professional.  - KKRC
This is a great base for exploring Old Montreal.  The main sights are all within an easy walk.  The lobby and amenities are impressive.  Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.  Parking was higher than surrounding garages at $30 a day.  However, it worked for us as we could leave the car there for the rest of the day after checking out. - GlobeTrotter186
Modern hotel. Clean, updated rooms. Excellent indoor heated pool and hot tub (big and 104 degrees F). Great location. Bike parking in the garage which was great for our bike rentals. Never ate the breakfast (was not free). Great location close to downtown attractions, Old Montreal, and the Metro. Would book again! - 150edward
