Oh my God I can't rave enough about this carrot cheesecake! It's not too sweet and has the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness and cheesiness and moisture with intriguing texture that keeps you coming back for more (I personally don't like cakes that are boring - like vanilla or chocolate birthday cake with the same texture throughout the cake)” — Trang N.
