"My son surprised me with dinner saying it's the 'best fried chicken you've ever had'. Well, he was right! I'm never frying my own chicken again! Absolutely delicious. He paired it with the Mac n cheese and string beans. He really does love me !!!" - Tawanna T.
"Just wonderful! For one, fried chicken is not one of my go-to eats... there's just quite a lot that I don't like about fried chicken: it could be dry, salty, too crispy, too breaded, too oily. But Charles defied the odds! I placed a catering order through the website and was able to efficiently serve a 30 person party who gobbled up ever morsel. And as a gift, they even added complimentary cornbread... which I was foolish enough not to try, but my boyfriend seemed to really enjoy. The chicken was a big winner and the macaroni as well. The macaroni and cheese was perfect! Again, not too salty, not too cheesy, not too eggy, not under or over seasoned. A great feat for a 35 person serving. I had guests just piling their plates with it! I am so pleased to have had Charles suggested to me and would happily try out their other offerings in the future." - Natisha C.
"This spot has been on my radar for quite some time now but living in Brooklyn I've never really had time until now. I was able to order ahead and save myself some time. Upon arrival I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who made me feel like they were lifelong friends of mine. I ordered the the three piece chicken with baked Mac n cheese and collard greens. The chicken was perfectly fried and enough to save for later. The mac n cheese and collard greens was exactly what I was craving . I can't wait to return." - Izais R.
