I was incredibly impressed at all of the eco-friendly steps this hotel has taken without any compromise to luxury.  I loved the water-refill station with sparkling water option, zero-waste amenities in the bathroom and the dole whip check-in treat!  The restaurant that is attached, although not a part of the hotel itself, is also great.  The perfect location to access the beach and downtown honolulu,  A great spot for the eco-conscious and zero-waste traveler.  Will be back! - mattiemae2022

I stayed at the Shoreline twice in 2022 for a total of 15 nights and couldn't recommend it more highly. The location is fantastic. Right off the main streets of Waikiki so there is peace and quiet, but it is just a few minutes walk to my favorite restaurants, stores, and the main Waikiki beach. The amenities are thoughtful, with a Sodastream filtered water station that I utilized heavily, a rooftop pool, free snacks and Dole whip upon checkin, and daily specials like yoga, cotton candy, and popcorn. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and room service did a great job daily. Justin at the front desk made sure I had a great stay. The hotel is vibrant and the vibe is friendly. The value is also great for Waikiki. I've stayed in numerous hotels and Airbnbs in the area and from now on will continue to stay at the Shoreline Waikiki. - eddieb263

I booked through a third party site where I was a VIP member and was upgraded upon check in, which was really nice. The location is faultless - everything you could want around you, but without the exorbitant price of staying at a "higher end" hotel. Everything seemed to be a 5min walk away from me! Food, shopping, beach etc. Would return just for the location alone. The lobby also had a dole whip machine (payable but apparently you get a free sample upon check in - we did not get it and I had to ask though). The lobby sodastream water machine was also a welcome amenity to have.  - Resort35140503775

Great hotel, friendLy staff, clean spacious rooms, small pool on prem. Near Ala Moana beach and the shore. I’d def stay again. Good Covid protocols in place, house keeping as needed. Might not be great for little kids, but teens and adults are good. Limited food at the bar, but there is an ABC a few doors down that has everything you need. - CareyLeeS

The hotel is right down the street from the ala Moana shopping center. Great centralized location to Waikiki. Wonderful staff who is attentive to your needs and super friendly. Great little bar downstairs. Will definitely stay there again and you should too! - coffeetravelandwork
