"The Hotel was in a good location for foot travel to local stores and restaurants, I.E. Movietown Plaza. My stay was pleasant and the staff was super friendly. The recent updates to the room gave a warm cozy feel. My room attendant was amazing and made my 12 day stay feel as if each day was the first day there by doing an impeccable job cleaning and little touches to feel welcomed. Thank you Sherieda. The Courtyard was pretty and a relaxing pool area that was not to busy during my stay. Overall, friendly, safe and convenient place to stay while in Trinidad.

"Had a wonderful and memorable stay. Stellar customer service. The staff really exemplified the warmth of the Caribbean. Joleesa was kind and attentive, so courteous and ensured we were always comfortable. She went above and beyond to facilitate us. The room was clean, spacious and intimate. "Our stay at Marriott's was amazing, service was excellent. Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms was immaculate, food was great. Room service was also excellent. I took another family with me at your Hotel and they was amazed of the service received at Marriott's. I was at the Hotel in 2016 and returned in 2020 recently and there have been mass improvement with the ambiance and re-modelling of the facility. Due to Covid-19 there were many restrictions, but your staff made it very comfortable for our stay. I must acknowledge a few members of staff who displayed professionalism and exceptional customerservice:
Dinelle Rivers, Rachael Simon, Saloi Humphrey, Gina Wayow-Manning, Jolessa Lopez. They was really courteous and always willing to assist.
