"When we booked I thought it was going to be more of a sit down, restaurant style. We were a little surprise when we walked in and they said "no drinks" and the seating was some simply wooden benches. To be honest, we were a little skeptic that we just fell into a tourist trap. Happy to say that we were pleasantly surprised! The musicians were amazing, funny, and you really transported back to the early days of Jazz. One of the most memorable parts of our trip to New Orleans. We were sitting down, but the show is also a little short so don't be dissuaded if only standing spots are available. Note: It can get quite hot and the seating is close." - Dan H.
"This 45 minute show was fire!!!!! The venue is perfect for the intimate jazz show this band provides. The band's sound is tight. They interact with the audience the entire performance." - Patrick M.
"Omg! There are no words to describe this spot! My husband and I went to Nola for our anniversary trip and we wanted to hear and see live jazz so we decided to come here and it exceeded our expectations! The band was beyond phenomenal. The only thing was that you couldn't take pics during the performance which I totally get so I just got a picture of the venue before the band arrived on stage. This is so worth it! && pay the extra $$ to sit on the first row, it's 100% worth every Penny!" - Sarah A.

"We were recommended here for a good Jazz club, and it ended up being a great recommendation! Local jazz bands play here and, while the venue is small with minimal seating, it was a great time with great jazz music. They charged a $5/person cover charge to get in, but it was more than worth it. The bar can get quite crowded as is typical, but the bartenders are efficient. They have good local beer and house cocktails. Overall, a great time here and definitely worth a stop for good jazz music." - Alyssa A.
"Great time. Excellent musicians. Great atmosphere and cold beer. Customers were very nice." - Elby B.
"Really fun and cute jazz club in the Frenchman street area. Drinks are good and bands are great! They serve drinks in branded plastic cups. If you come at a busy time there will likely not be seating as it's pretty small. Super fun way to spend an evening if you don't mind standing." - Sammie L.

"In town for my birthday and always go to the Jazz Playhouse to see the amazing Brass-A-Holics! A great jazz band!! They perform Thursday nights at the Royal Sonesta Hotel Bar from 7:30 until 10:30. We love Winston, the band leader and best trombonist in New Orleans!! We always sit at the bar. Demarcus, our bartender, took great care of us & made amazing drinks! We always have a great time here. It is a great jazz spot in NOLA. You can dress casual or dress up!" - Paige T.
"Good music, very chill environment- away from the hectic bourbon street. Reservations are accepted if you like to seat closer to the stage." - Rigo D.
"Great burlesque show! Highly recommend. Get there early to snag your seat (get tickets in advance) and grab one of the comfy couches or arm chairs. Posh, clean establishment." - Joanna S.
