8. Single O Surry Hills

Single O is the original café and brew bar that started it all over 10 years ago! Now with a team of passionate staff, they continue to serve up single origin coffees and their signature Reservoir blend, as well as a seasonal menu of breakfast and lunch items. Their brew bar is the birthplace of the Juggler Café Milk Tap System and serves up a variety of brewing methods including pour over, cold brew, and espresso. They rotate their coffees monthly, so there's always something new to try!

“I had one day in Sydney. Coming off the train from the airport to Central Station, Single O was top on the Yelp list. It was busy and I was lucky to get a table. I got a coffee along with poached eggs and toast. Everything tastes great. No complaints. It was just what I needed to fuel up to your Sydney.” — N. O.
