Ok, full disclosure: I did not buy this pillow for its intended use. I used to buy “As Seen On TV” Side Sleeper Pro pillows. But the manufacturer and/or seller of those pillows has apparently given in to greed, succumbing to the lure of cutting the quality while selling for the same or higher price, apparently figuring we’re too stupid to notice. So those pillows I use to loooooove are now (a) not as good as they were (too flat, too lumpy, too small) and (b) impossible to find, either on Amazon or in a store. So. I searched for “u shaped pillow” and this item came up. It works quite well as a side sleeper pillow. For a pillowcase, I use an old pair of flannel pajama pants. -Comics lover from the 70's

I LOVE this travel pillow!! I just took it on a 5 week backpacking trip through New Zealand and am in love with it. It is perfect for the plane, and for a GOOD night's sleep, no matter where you are! It fluffs up REALLY full (unlike other travel pillows I've tried), and rolls up nice and compact. In fact, it's so good awesome, I just ordered one for my fiance (who was trying to sleep on a rolled up sweater every night, which sucked compared to my PILLOW!) Oh yeah, and the price is rad too. One note- it did kinda smell like rubber when I received it, but I washed it (in normal washing machine) and dried it and it was good to go. -Andrea Allen

It fits well on my suitcase handle and behind my travel backpack. The color also goes well. I like to be color coordinated. Call me anal, but I feel better traveling when I feel put together. Plus it’s super useful as a pillow or blanket and doesn’t have to take up room in a bag or dangle off the side or have to be carried around your neck. I travel a lot and have tried all sorts of neck pillows and transporting them is an issue. This is a perfect solution. -HL
