24 Tips For Coping With Motion Sickness On Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

To those who like to travel but always worry about motion sickness, we recommend these methods to you.

Although it may not be flexible due to personal circumstances, try to make the environment as less susceptible to car sickness and seasickness as possible.

  1. Avoid smells in the car.

On airplanes, seats face only in the direction of travel, but on trains,
when four people are seated facing each other, they will fight over the
seats that face the direction of travel.

  1. Avoid putting sour food in your mouth as much as possible.

It is unlikely that you will directly eat lemon in the train, but even candy
or juice can affect you, so be careful.And beware of orange juice from in-
flight service!

Lunch boxes, snacks, carbonated beverages, coffee, soup, etc.
can cause carsickness and seasickness.

On the other hand, tea, water, mints, etc.
