We used this in Europe for a month. Worked great. One word of advice: there are at least 3 country "plug" types. If the US tab is out (there's a button to retract it), you can get shocked if you touch it when plugging in the device. Our daughter found out the hard way! -marguerite miller
It was a last minute shopping for a power adopter before I travel to Asia. I chose the power adopter and converter combo after extensive research for both good rating and product versatility. Shipping was fast and it surprised me that it comes with a carrying pouch.I've tried it on all of my mobile devices and it works flawlessly, and no issues with the hair dryer as well. It is definitely a best buy! Note: Before connect any device to this unit, make sure you switch the unit to adopter mode if the device has a dual voltage adopter (most of the mobile device adopters are). Use converter mode if electricity supply voltage is 220v and your device label has only 110v in it. -Jimmy H

Setup was easy following the instruction video. They have a different model in the video, so when your connecting the extender to your WIFI, you have to tap the blue WIFI button on the extender and it should connect. I don't have a particularly large house, but WiFi signal was mid-strength on my back patio, and my Ring video floodlight on the back of the house was complaining about the connection. The instructions that came with the extender were brief and were confusing the first time I read them, but I just walked through it and found that each step worked just fine. The extender caught the signal right away and has been transmitting diligently to the back of the house; the Ring floodlight is now satisfied and so am I.
