"All the brunch spots were packed so we switched things up and went for an early lunch at Kook Korean BBQ. We were promptly seated and our server was polite and diligent. We ordered the combo for two and quickly had a plethora of sides brought to our table. Shortly after the meat was brought out and our server was laying it on the grill. A number of servers watched over us and helped us know when something on the grill was ready and got the next course started. The whole process was efficient. The sides were divers and delicious. The meat was flavourful and perfectly cooked thanks to the help of the wait staff. I definitely will be returning."—Adam S.
"Love how they give 15 banchan (side dishes) when you order from their BBQ menu. Enjoyed the variety since most places only offer two or three (plus, they were refillable). We ordered the bbq combo so it came with the banchan and doenjang jjigae. We were beyond stuffed by the end of our meal. Service was also amazing because their staff was very attentive. Highly recommend you make a reservation if you come here because they can get really busy."—Nina T.
"Loved it here. Incredible food and service. Our waiter was on top of all our needs (ie. replenishing the side dishes and changing the grill when it was getting too burnt). Price point was great for what you get and my whole family was stuffed and even had leftovers! This place is always busy and has line ups. Definitely the place to go if you're craving Korean BBQ! Would definitely highly recommend this place and coming back. :)"—Andrea M.

"A hidden gem in the Vancouver area. We were there on a Sunday night, and it was not busy at all. About 25% filled. Recommend #16: Gochujang Samgyupsal (pork belly marinated in spicy gochujang). -- this got me craving kbbq again days after! Banchan was delicious. Definitely had refills. Great customer service. Inside is pleasant to look at with all the various plants."—Kelcie Lei A.
"Delicious! Nice decor, good service. Spicy dakgalbi was sooo good with mozzarella, served sizzling on a cast iron platter. Mandu gook dumplings were housemade and perfect consistency. Comes with many side plates of condiments. Such a great, flavorful meal."—Tom E.
"Yo when they say this is the best place for Korean bbq, they're not lying. Every dish was delicious. We loved the spicy chicken, the gal i ribs (Omg prob my fav dish of the night), the seafood pancake, and the oxtail soup. 5/5 for every dish. No complaints. Just pure deliciousness. I'd come back again."—Jacqueline W.
