“The room was larger than expected, so it was comfortable for a family of 4 to stay.
The background of the sea seen through the windows cannot be expressed in photos.
The access to the airport was so good that I didn't have to worry about moving to the airport.
The outdoor pool allows you to swim without a swimming cap, and the water temperature is not too low, so it is perfect for night swimming.

“This is the first family holiday after a prolonged hiatus due to the pandemic. I am glad that i chose Grand Hyatt Jeju. My family of 6 including a Grandma and a child had the most stress-free vacation starting from a smooth check-in. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Staff at the Grand Club are friendly and helpful. The weekend just went too fast. “Wonderful hotel with top notch service. My only complaint is with the restaurant China House. Made a reservation early in the morning. Looked forward to Peking Duck for dinner all day long. When placing order waitress asked if we pre-ordered. Nowhere on the website did it mention a pre-order for Peking Duck. Waitress asked chef if he could prepare one for us. He basically dismissed us. We chose another set menu only to notice at the end of dinner a cooked duck hanging in the window. A little disappointed.” — Dan V

“Very nice hotel with a lovely view of the water. The rooms have individual climate control although there's no option to switch between heat and a/c. Our room had a nice balcony facing the water. The hotel is a little out of the way so we ate at the hotel every night... was a little costly and interestingly the were more options on the room service menu than at the restaurant.” — rather_clean
