Fits our small group of 5 adults and 1 toddler nicely. Bedding is comfortable - firm matteress and soft fluffy pillows. Bathrooms are clean and new too. The toilet bowl is the most techy one that i have ever used in a hotel - toilet seat warmer, full controls bidet with blow function, auto-flush etc. The second bathroom outside is similarly equipped. TV in master bedroom. Living room and kitchenette come with standard cooking facilities, though we didn't really use them. There was an automatic espresso machine but they did not manage to top up the coffee beans (only left enough to make one cup) on request..(did not pursue as we were rushing to go out). Nice small balcony looking out to the ranch nearby. Car porch good for parking of 2 cars. Breakfast is simple and decent. Definitely not the 4-5 star hotel kinda spread, but certainly good enough for a filling and satisfying brekkie.
