"I took my husband here for his birthday and we both enjoyed every second! The bread with beans were delicious along with a smoked old fashioned. Hubs got the ravioli with shrimp and I had the creamy sausage pasta dish (superb). The service was kind and attentive. We finished up with tiramisu that was just right. Highly recommend!" - Naomi L.
"Volo Ristorante on Providence Road in Charlotte is a great place to go for quality Italian food that is delicious and well prepared. I really like the location and atmosphere that they have created here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have the best meal. Good experience every time I have been here." - Evan G.
"6 almost 7 years in Charlotte and we had by this place many times and said we wanted to eat here but never made it, until tonight what Brittany and her husband invited us and boy could I just kick myself. This is just not a restaurant it is a dining "experience", darn near of the floor staff I believe are Italian, the ambiance is what I imagine a fine Italian restaurant would feel like. We all ordered different selections so we could share, the bread service is just wonderful with the white beans, the Chardonnay (Italian) we had was just so damn good, we had the ceasar salad and 4 pasta dishes and all changed them to the house made pasta, we had the new squid dish, new presentation tonight, so perfectly cooked. You know as well as I do if you love squid 30 seconds over or under and it is terrible. No problem here! Just so perfect. The Maitre'd, our server Fernando the rolling Stones dude at the bar(aka Owner/Manager?) all so damn personable! was just awesome to be part of the ambiance and do not let me forget the young lady host who gave just the right amount of sparkle. We have many other Italian places we like in town, Dolche, Aqua E Vino, Etc. And in their own right are all very good but the experience of this place is in my opinion 2nd to none. Mangiare!" - Rick D.
