"The food here is amazing and I can't stress that enough. It's casual but upscale dining- fine for kids. Waitstaff is wonderful. I had the fried oyster and bacon sandwich and it was spectacular! It does get crowded so be prepared to wait or better yet- come early." - Candace C.
"Extremely impressed with this place! We had enjoyed several lunches at Cochon Butcher and had to try their restaurant for dinner. We started with fried gator and boudin! So delicious and very filling for apps. We then enjoyed the broccoli soup followed by the Mac and cheese in a skillet. So yummy! The gator and the boudin were my favorites but everything else was excellent as well. The Sazerac cocktails were great too. Very good service. Nice ambience. I look forward to returning here next time we are in NOLA." - Sarah A.

"Wooweee!!! If you love fried chicken, don't go to NOLA without stopping in Willie Mae's. We had the white meat 3 piece and added some wings, order of fries, Mac and cheese, and rolls. The chicken was crispy on the outside, full of flavor with a little heat on the back end, but the best part was so JUICY on the inside. The Mac and cheese was moist, cheesy and reminds you of a dish from your grandmas kitchen. The rolls were soft and fries were hot. This will be a staple when we are in the city." - Kristina L.
"Fried chicken and sandwiches were delicious. Sides are average for southern standards." - David C.
"Everyone keep telling us they have the best fried chicken in America. Well I'm not from the show me state but you gots to show me. I checked out the website and saw they received this award from Food Network and the Travel Channel. So my inner foodie is now on high alert. Well i most say it IS THE BEST Fried Chicken in America‼ The service was amazing and food even better a must visit when you go to Nola!" - Jennifer B.
