Moshi Moshi? Can We have Some Sushi in LA?
10 Japanese Cuisines should try in Los Angeles.
"I have never had a better cream udon place in my entire life! We got their famous uni cream udon and a seafood tomato cream udon that was on their special menu. The taste was almost indescribable. So much umami and creaminess. Honestly wished I could have gotten seconds because it was sooooo good. My partner also really enjoyed his meal. They seem to be a really popular place and there's usually a wait by the time it opens so get here early. The staff members are also extremely nice. It's 100% worth the wait. I'll def come back here if I ever get the chance in the future."—Taylor W.

3. Katana
This unique dining experience offers a combination of modern sushi and authentic "robatayaki" cuisine, made with only the finest ingredients. The robata skewers are grilled over bincho charcoals, just like the local fisherman in the ancient seaside village of Wakayama, infusing the meats, seafood and vegetables with a rich smokiness. The fish is always freshly caught and prepared in an array of signature rolls, sashimi and nigiri dishes. In addition, there is also a variety of hot dishes, an extensive collection of sake, and exotic cocktails like the Yuzu Margarita.

"The service is always impeccable. Decided to come on a whim after a concert at Hollywood Bowl. Sampled a few things and everything was yummy! The winner was the crab legs.. to to perfection and the sauce was Bomb! I need two orders next time! Drink is were delicious and beautiful!"—Loya A.
"Great place, excellent Sushi and veggies - possibly the best eggplant I ever had, with the most excellent service and a great vibe. However, in their price range, they should devote a little more love to the bathrooms - and sadly, the wagyu was waaay to salty and overcooked - a no-go at $75. I will surely go again, and maybe they will improve and get five stars. They certainly have the potential for it, even by my high standards."—Guido K.
"amazing! 10/10 highly recommend. the food, the vibes, the drinks- did not miss at all. my friends and i tried a little bit of everything and we had no complaints. i need to come back as soon as possible! only thing i will say is they should up their dessert game but other than that, the experience we had was perfect."—Amauri M.
